We don’t necessarily agree with everything in this article (e.g. why is the author so negative on using the term “responsible for”?) but a good read nonetheless. The key takeaway here is to make sure that the content of your resume is written in the active voice, provides adequate context, and includes facts & figures wherever possible. Following these tips can significantly improve the quality of your resume, as would hiring a professional resume writer(!) if you are strapped for time.
